Sulphur is found in every living cell. It is part of the essential amino acids (protein building blocks) methionine, cysteine, and taurine. Rosacea is a common inflammatory facial skin disorder. Since it is chronic in nature, long-term maintenance therapy, in addition to avoidance of flare factors (e.g., sunlight, temperature extremes, and alcohol), are necessary to effectively control rosacea. Topical preparations containing sulphur are highly desirable therapeutic agents in the treatment of rosacea [2].

Oat Com USP – Colloidal oatmeal is manufactured from the whole oat kernel, with both the external bran and flour being finely milled and processed to induce the colloidal effect. Oat Com USP is an anti-aging and skin protectant ingredient delivering a non-greasy and luxurious feel to skin. Oat Com USP has been found to sooth and relieve dry skin, and through sebum it has skin cleansing properties. It moisturises and repairs the damaged skin. Zinc Oxide is also known as topical protectant. Besides protection from UV damage from solar radiation, zinc oxide has also anti septic properties. It is an allrounder ingredient which protects skins in many ways. For example, damaged and bruised skin can be repaired with the use of zinc oxide. It prevents formation of oil on the skin by keeping the skin dry and subtle. Bisabolol reduces skin inflammation [5]. Bisabolol has had anti-microbial properties, which can help to prevent and treat skin infections. Bisabolol is also a potent antioxidant. Research has also found that Bisabolol can inhibit melanin synthesis.
