Requirements

  1. Your business must be a legitimate business in its home country.

Importer On Record (IOR)

An “importer of record” (IOR) is the person or organisation legally obligated to oversee the importation of products into a country in accordance with that country’s rules and regulations. The importer of record must complete all necessary paperwork and make all necessary tax and duty payments before the items can be released to the consignee.

All paperwork associated with an import must be filed by the importer of record. Licenses, permits, documentation required by local regulations, and more may fall under this category. The IOR also processes the payment of any applicable levies, taxes, tariffs, or fees, which necessitates the completion of yet more forms and paperwork.

Exporter On Record (EOR)

The same considerations that apply to the importer of record (IOR) also apply to the exporter of record (EOR). From the country that the goods are departing, the exporter of record bears all responsibility for the export procedure. Someone who is licenced by customs and government agencies to ship goods abroad is called an exporter. Sometimes, a third party will serve as the exporter and sell the items on behalf of the original seller.

Per Consignment Charge: £150 or 15% of the invoice value of the goods, whichever is higher

Cutetonic will offer necessary logistical support, together with the storage, shipping, and returns services you need to run your online store. Order Execution Fee: 20% of each order value excluding shipping cost (Applicable when an order is shipped)
Monthly Product Storage Fee: 0.75 pence per cubic feet per month or £12 per month, whichever is higher
Order Shipping Fee: Subject to the choice of the courier service (Royal Mail / UPS / FedEx / Evri). Alternatively send us shipping label to execute your order.

UK Business Returns Address

At Cutetonic we are aware of the difficulties faced by online sellers on marketplace like Amazon. Most of the sellers remain hesitant to sell in foreign marketplaces for reasons such as not having a valid return shipping address. Cutetonic will provide you a valid return business address in the UK where your customers can send returned orders.

Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration

Professional Accountant Services

You can hire an accountant through Cutetonic to deal with HMRC (UK Tax Office). This would include submitting quarterly VAT returns to HMRC.

Monthly Fee: £75

Cutetonic’s dedicated business hub will serve as a centralised online hub to conduct business in the UK. You may access customer services and conduct account management tasks like adding new services, making payments, and submitting IOR/EOR requests, raising tickets etc.
