Usage
Mix 1-3g of Beta Alanine to 100-200ml of water or beverage. Shake well and consume. Best taken pre or post workout. Beta alanine may cause skin tingling, which is perfectly normal which can be avoided by splitting dosage into 3-5 servings throughout the day.
