What is Bonté?

Bonté is functional and flavoursome optimal water. We’ve blended the best spring mineral water with fresh juice from beets and pomegranates, along with organic agave inulin and a natural sugariness from stevia.

A sweet-tangy drink, Bonté contains Omega 3, Vitamin C and D3 which have several health benefits. This drink consists of spring mineral water sourced from the Eden Valley in Cumbria and is rich with a blend of natural electrolytes. With less than 50 calories per bottle, this makes it an excellent choice for the health-conscious.

Why is Bonté unique?

Beetroot juice promotes nitric oxide (NO), which boosts blood flow, oxygen supply, mitochondrial biogenesis, and muscular contraction [1].

The concentration of ellagitannins and hydrosable tannins in pomegranate juice exceeds that of red wine and green tea. Juice from pomegranates can lower oxidative stress, free radicals, and lipid peroxidation in macrophages [2].

Agave inulin enhances healthy gut bacteria, bifidobacteria, and lactobacilli populations. Thus, Agave Inulin can protect against pathogens, modulates the immune system, produces vitamins, and removes carcinogens [3].
